These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, access, and use of any financial model template (each, a “Model”) provided by Mayer Property Group Inc. (“MPG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether obtained directly from our website, via email, or by any other means.

By downloading or using a Model, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use any Model from Mayer Property Group Inc.

1. No Warranty or Guarantee

All Models are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data, locked formulas, or calculations

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

MPG makes no guarantee that any Model will meet your requirements, produce desired outcomes, or be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All formulas in the Model are locked and cannot be reviewed or modified.

• The Model may contain errors, outdated assumptions, or incomplete data.

• All assumptions, projections, and outputs generated by the Model are for informational and illustrative purposes only.

• You must independently verify all information and outputs before making any business, financial, investment, or lending decisions.
